Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with any item purchased from Lovett & Co. you may return it for a full refund.
Please return the item in its original condition and packaging within 28 days of receipt. Please note that the original postage and packaging charge is non refundable if the reason for the return is that the goods were ‘unsuitable’.
Faulty goods will be refunded in full including original postage and packaging charges.
We will confirm receipt of your returned items via email within three days of receiving.

Pierced Earrings
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are not able to offer refunds on pierced earrings.

Sale Items
Must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

How to Return your Goods
