At the weekend the Theatre Royal in London hosted the BAFTA TV awards to pay tribute to the many talents on show via British televisions. Of course, here at Lovett & Co we were far more interested in what our favourite characters wear when they get a chance to choose their own outfits and dress up! So, some of our favourites included Lucy Mecklenburgh (who?!), she wore a full-length hot-coral number but had the best accessory of all - a hot boy in the shape of Louis Smith. Anna Friel divided opinion and got some stick, but I thought she looked lovely and totally pulled off her directional dress. Alex Jones went for vintage red with a high split and draping shoulders and Pixie Lott, who doesn't always get it right, looked stunning in midnight blue lace. On the whole jewellery was kept to a minimum but most ladies opted for a simple drop earring.
Those that could try harder next time include Donna Air with her ill-fitting wearable tech, Kellie Bright, whom we love but just didn't pull off the heavy shoes and odd hair do, and Sheridan Smith whose hair looked lovely in a new dark crop but didn't light up the red-carpet.
