Lest We Forget...

The Remembrance Poppy has been used since 1921 to commemorate soldiers who have died at war.

The tradition was inspired by the World War 1 poem, "In Flanders Field" by Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae. It was first used by the American Legion to remember American soldiers who died in the Great War and has now been adopted by many nations worldwide.
